Is there a good library in Accra?

I am a stranger in Accra.My work is to help bridge the gap between China and Africa, as product information or to make some investments from China to cooperate with the Ghanaian Africa.Like to open or import of plant machinery to help some locals factory.i to start to learn more about Ghana resource.Especailly natural resources such as timber, crops, and perhaps mine.So Library can I find information or how I know people who know a lot about this area as a college student major in this or people who spitted in this area or some expert.Hope that will be good for help.

Ghanaians tend to read much and so many bookstores there and only a few daily newspapers, as such, there is not much demand for libraries. Libraries in some points that are used by the Library Board of Ghana, but the biggest is in university.
