When was the Arnold Palmer "The Original putter made?

I took one on ebay that was still in the original plastic. No there "Callaway" in the club, so it was before the start of manufacture. based on different stories I have read in various forums, I think it's between 20 and 30, but I find nothing about when the "original", began to be done and when he took over Callaway.
