When you will have GE engines Evolution series hybrid prototypes available to the railroads?

I know you have an engine, but you still having problems? With the new layer 3 emission standards before they would not be more proof?

I havent heard much about them, I can not imagine their work, except switching operations. You need a battery to store electricity boxcarload enough to have a significance far the road train operations. The only practical way to reduce emissions is Railraod electricfied Deisel, for those who wish to return soon. If the EPA standards were developed for intelligent emissions based on emissions per ton mile of freight moved would be a hell of a lot more sense, the fact is that trucks use at least 4 times more fuel to move a ton-mile of freight trains.
