Tour Edge Men's Exotics CU Individual Irons (Right Handed, Fujikura Blur Graphite, Stiff Flex, SW) List Price: $85.00 Sale Price: $77.51 |
|
The new Exotics CU Iron is a perfect blend of classic feel and enhanced forgiveness. The CU’s thin topline, medium-sized blade width, reduced progressive offset and tour-beveled sole inspire confidence to work the ball in any direction and land it close to the pin. At the core of the CU iron’s technology is its deep undercut cavity. The undercut moves weight away from the face and into the sole for a higher moment of inertia, a higher launch angle, and enhanced forgiveness. For better playability, the CU’s cavity features extreme heel and toe weighting. The weighted areas in the heel and toe represent a significant portion of the sole’s total weight. This added weight in the perimeter of the club improves accuracy on heel-toe hits while still allowing the player to feel and work each shot. For the ideal level of workability and feel, the CU has reduced offset and a tour-beveled sole. The bevel reduces the sole’s contact with the ground, increasing its playability and allowing it to feel more like a forged blade. |
