Does the cream works Neutrogena Deep Clean Face Wash sensative skin?

My skin is very sensative and a little dry and I wondered if the thorough washing Neutrogena face clean will help my skin soft?

so my advice is to not use all these products because they contain things that are very bad for your example Neutrogena skin, so clean and clear, clearsil, .. especially if you have sensitive skin. Stick to wash your face with water and soap (unscented soap), and my number 1 products for clear skin and radiant is Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula Fragrance Free. Its large absolute best that anyone can use for dry and sensitive. Use olive oli sometimes too:)
